Obviously mindful of successful Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects of the Provincial Government of Bataan, Mariveles Mayor AJ Concepcion said they are keen to implement the scheme in Mariveles.

He said the advantage of PPP to mention, the LGU will not allocate anymore funds for the project which can used for other purposes, the other thing is the expertise of the private partner.

He cited they can enter into PPP for solar energy project for schools in Mariveles.

Earlier the mayor divulged they are planning to enter into PPP scheme for the establishment of dialysis center in their municipality.

The Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility situated along MAAP Road, Brgy. Alas-asin, is being proposed to be converted into Mariveles Dialysis Center and Rural Health Unit 5.

Vice Mayor Lito Rubia supports the dialysis center project and other programs to improve the services to the people of Mariveles.

The modern government center “The Bunker” at the provincial capitol is one of the successful PPP projects of the provincial government.
